PRIMITIVE TOUCH SCREEN

An homage to the fundamental act of mark-making, Primitive Touchscreen transforms graphite into an interactive interface. Hexagonally arranged #2 pencils function as conductive nodes, triggering corresponding LEDs through capacitive touch sensors. This tactile sculpture reimagines the relationship between analog and digital, prompting a reconsideration of the pencil as both an ancient tool and a technological artifact in this shrine of high and low technology.
