DRAWING THE LINE; THE EYE IS NOT A CAMERA

Drawing the Line is a suspended icosahedron of two-way, mirrored acrylic, an interactive laser sculpture that transforms gesture into geometry. Using infrared sensors, participants manipulate motorized mirrors, directing laser paths across reflective surfaces to create ephemeral, evolving compositions. This work engages the body as an agent of light, connecting human presence to the intangible precision of optics.
